AM I TOO OUT OF SHAPE TO DO BOOTCAMP?

  • Everyone can do boot camp! All fitness levels are welcome here because our team of certified personal trainers will show you modifications and progressions of each exercise. This way, whether you're a total beginner, intermediate, or experienced exerciser, you will get in an awesome workout. We have new members joining all the time, as well as, clients who have been training with us for years. It's a fitness party!

IS YOUR BOOTCAMP LIKE CROSSFIT?

  • No. Crossfit is a workout brand that has gotten a lot of publicity lately, however, our goals are very different from theirs. Crossfit's top goal is to lift heavier and heavier. Our top goals are to help you burn fat, lose weight, and look great in a bathing suit. Also, while we do believe in high-intensity group training, we don't use extremely heavy barbells like they do. We use cool training tools like kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, dumbbells, hurdles, equalizers, suspension rings, slam balls, and more!

WHAT IF I ALREADY BELONG TO A GYM?

  • Let's get real...you signed up for that gym, but how often do you go? Are you getting the results you want? Do you know what to do when you get there? Do you know how to use proper form, without getting injured? Do they even care if you show up? To be clear...we are nothing like a "regular gym." We take the guesswork out of your fitness goals! We do this by having your workout with our motivating personal trainers, in a group setting, every time you train. We also have a done for you healthy fat-burning meal plan, and track your measurements to ensure that we're getting you the results you desire.

CAN MY FRIEND JOIN TOO?

  • Absolutely! It's always great to have a workout buddy. You'll also make new workout buddies here, too. We also have a cool referral program, where every time one of your friends becomes a full member, you get your next month half off! Ask about our 6 Week Challenge, for an excellent way for you an/or your friend to try out your first month with us.

  • Simply fill out our TRY FREE FORM  or call/email us. I like to personally call every new member so that we can ensure that we're a good fit for you, discuss your personal fitness goals, and answer any questions or concerns that you may have. If all sounds good, we will schedule a complimentary visit to be sure that you enjoy our training style.
